1 Who We Are

Ryval is a platform that connects athletes and coaches directly. Users can create profiles, upload athletic and academic information, share highlight reels, browse opportunities, track applications, and communicate with other users.

2 Eligibility

Ryval is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or use the platform.

3 Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Email address
  • Password and login credentials
  • Date of birth or age
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Athletic information, including sport, position, stats, measurements, performance data, handedness/footedness, and related profile details

  • Saved prospects, applications, and opportunity activity

Payment and subscription information

Subscriptions are processed through Apple in-app purchase. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction data, such as subscription status, renewal status, and receipt-related information, through Apple and related subscription management providers.

5 Profile Visibility and User Content

Ryval is designed as a discovery and recruiting platform. As a result, profiles and user-submitted content may be visible to other users of the app, including athletes, coaches, and programs.

  • Profile image
  • Athletic and academic information
  • Highlight reels and uploaded media
  • Other profile details you choose to publish

You should only upload or share information you are comfortable making visible within the platform.

6 Messaging and Communications

Ryval allows users to communicate directly through in-app messaging. Messages may be processed and stored as part of providing the service, maintaining security, investigating abuse, and improving platform reliability.

7 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, such as:

  • Firebase for analytics, performance monitoring, authentication support, and related infrastructure
  • RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase status handling
  • AWS for hosting, storage, media delivery, and related backend services

With other users

Because Ryval is a recruiting and discovery platform, profile information and uploaded content may be shared with other users based on app functionality.
